Yes, the party dress is stayin in the closet tonight!

CHEERS!
Ahhhhh, this stuff it great!

Did ya think we would leave this lil guy out? No way!!

Sometimes, I feel like this game piece.

Gabba, Gabba! (That's Happy new year in Cammy language). This is also my flickr group photo a week challenge photo, but had to share with y'all who are too busy to join my exciting group....hmm hmmm

This New years eve was a very special one for me. It's the first year the boys could understand what the evening was all about. We made it special with cookies, sparkling cider and a good game of chutes and ladders. It was great! Best of all, I spent the evening safe with my cozy pj's and kiddos. Not sure if I will make it to midnight, but I will sure try.

Cooie and his bench

After a special phone call from Santa himself, the boys put the cookies they decorated by the fireplace with a glass of milk. They were very excited to see if Santa would eat all the cookies and drink all the milk. Christmas eve day was a crazy one, the boys were so ornery! Tony and I used this line all day......."Santa is watching you and he only brings toys to good little boys, so I would stop (hitting/kicking/screaming/crying/whining etc.) if I was you!"

The big guy in the red suit has done it again. The Davis house could pass for Toys-R-us, complete with tool bench, tools, welding tools, goggles, suspenders, hard hats, ride on car, bike, helicopter, books, spider man helicopter, birds you feed with bottles, brobee chair, dancing brobee, brobee clothes, brobee figures and backpack, jeans, shirts, underwear, light saber, dinosaur, cassette recorder, ben 10 action figures, frog aquarium, chutes and ladders, light brite, leapster and game, and more. Thank you Santa (wink, wink) for making the boys Christmas so special. They loved every minute of it.

Cooie loved all his toys, however we had to remind him he had more to open and pry him away from his new black and Decker toy bench. He loves this thing. He will bite your head off if you don't put things away to his liking.

Cameron has not put down the little yo gabba gabba action figures daddy bought. He took 2 of them to bed last night (bad idea). He was screaming and crying and it was not his normal cry. When I walked in he had dropped one and he was in tears saying "Gabba, gabba". So, he did not fall asleep until around 9pm last night. He also loves his Gabba chair and the car that you see Cooie in the picture. They are sharing quite nicely. I remind Cooie that Cammy is letting you ride his car, you need to let him play with your workbench.

Collin goes from one thing to the next. He has been riding his Bike in the house, crashing into everything. Adding some nice dings in my table. Collin has grown up so much it's freaking me out. Very big boy now!

We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! Now, it's time to start shopping for next year.

My Cammy is almost 16 months old, wowzers!

I have avoided pics with Cammy against the back drops lately because he just destroys them! Today I gave it another shot, and would you believe when I asked him to sit down....he DID! It did not last very long, but I took the shots and was so proud of my boy.

It's going to be a white Christmas!

We are housebound and getting a little stir crazy. The boys are excited that Christmas is in a few days. We are done with shopping and now it's time to enjoy it! It's been a busy month for all of us. Collin is on winter break so it's nice to have him home all day. Cooie is loving all the Christmas movies we have been watching and Cammy had a chance to play in the snow today. It didn't last long, but he gave me some sweet smiles.

A little Cooie moment

As Cooie, Cameron and I waited for Collin to come out of school a Ups truck pulled next to us. The driver helped the other ups worker load up a dolly full of boxes. The guy walked off with the dolly and boxes and the driver drove off to another location because he was in the way of the turnabout. As he's driving off, Cooie says "Those guys make a great team."

That little comment really made my day! So, I thought I would pass it along.

Baby, it's cold outside!!!

Collin LOVES making snow angels.
Cameron's first play in the snow.

Look Ma SNOW!

I'm frozen solid! I took the boys outside today, thinking it would be fun to play in the snow. I quickly realized this is not the kinda snow you happily play in. In minutes I could not feel my toes. The grim side of me turned to horrible thoughts of being stranded in the snow and getting frost bite. Ohhhhh man would that hurt! Or even worse, being stranded in the snow with your babies. I ran in the house with Cameron and got cozy warm, boy was I happy to have that option. I don't know if I can handle this cold winter weather. The boys love it and I do remember loving it as a kid. Heck, before I had kids I would pay lots of money to board down big hills. Now, I shiver and that thought. When the boys come inside they know they will get a hot cup of cocoa and marshmallows on top. I guess this will become our winter tradition. What is your family winter tradition old or new? We really want to know!

I don't know anyone who does not like Elmo!

Since today is officially Collin's 5th Birthday, we are going to Elmo live. I am excited to experience this with the boys. It will be the first show they have seen. We will be taking Collin and Connor and Grammy will watch Cammy. It should be a fun family night!!!

Happy Birthday Collin! You are so special to mommy, words just don't express it enough!!!!!! One thing we share is our crooked pinkies!!! I will never forget when you were born, I looked you over and said....he has crooked pinkie fingers. Later, I noticed I too had them.

Collin celebrated his 5th Birthday today

As most of you know, Collin is 5 December 9Th! We celebrated today at home with a handful of his preschool friends. He chose Ben 10 as his decor, he can't get enough Ben 10. Collin had a really nice day and was grinning all day long. Collin looks forward to his Birthday all year long. I know, most kids do! But, Collin totes around the party magazine and talks about what kind of party he is going to have. What a sweetie!

Collin may just decide party planning is a career for him. He is very interested in all aspects of planning a party, everything got special mention right down to the forks! He said "this is totally awesome" about 50 times today.

Batman made a special appearance since Ben 1o was out of town. It was laughter from the moment he arrived until he left. This guy is good!
Cameron attempted balloon animals just like Batman! He has the technique down!He made Collin a pink sword! This is Emma! She is Collin's classmate. Emma and Collin are buddies.
Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday dear Collin, Happy birthday to you!!!!!!

Happy Birthday my best buddy! You are the sweetest, kindest, most adorable 5 year old I know!!!!! I will never forget the day you were born.

Isn't it amazing?

How fast they grow and what blessings our children are!
Cooie likes to get all dressed up for the yard. He puts his hat, gloves and boots on, finds a stick and hits the poor helpless apple tree. He loves to explore!

I'm loosing my baby

It's officially started! My baby Cameron has started the switch from mommy to daddy. It happened with Collin and Connor and now Cameron. I know he still loves mommy, but he's discovered the fun of daddy. I guess if mommy wasn't cleaning, cooking or doing laundry all the time I would be fun too! Just kidding, I love all the domestic stuff and I still have time to play

Cameron was playing the Where's your nose game! He is learning so much, so fast!

He knows where his mouth is too! When I ask him "where's your eyes" he blinks.

Bowling brothers! After Turkey day, we headed over to the bowling hot spot...tee hee! Cooie had his first bowling experience and mommy managed 4 strikes. I don't know where that came from. I think I see bowling in my future. The boys had so much fun. Apparently, this was somewhat of a family tradition back in the day. When I met Tony actually the first Turkey day we had together we went bowling with his family. So, maybe we will resurrect this tradition.
