Collin wasn't home when I took these photos of Connor and Cameron. I really love these shots of them and had to share. I have been slacking on pics lately, the motivation just has not been there. Can't wait for some warm weather pics!

Introducing........."Undie Boy".

This may be the only time it's acceptable to wear someone else's underwear. This is Undie Boy! It used to be Diapie Boy, until he saw his older brothers running around in underwear. Something about running around in your skivvies makes you want to dance. Let's just hope this isn't a glimpse into Cameron's future career choice. Have a happy Saturday, and don't forget to do a little dancin in your undies.

I love my new peacoat!

Thank you for my new coat, I love it! (words right out of his mouth). I could only snap a couple shots today for you mom, but thought you would like to see him in your latest find. SUPER cute!

There has been a plague on our house. We all had head colds followed by a horrible cough and the cherry on top was the flu for Connor, Cameron, myself and Tony as I type. How did I manage to get it even after having the flu shot? I don't want to be that close to my toilet.....seriously! My payment for taking care of sick people.........to become a sick person! That is all in the past now...unless Collin manages to get it. I don't know why he would escape this, he did last year.

I am thankful that we are all safe and feel so horrible for the recent tragedy in Haiti. Makes me wonder what we would do in such an event. I should re-title this post "Debbie Downer".

If looks could kill......

There has been a sick child in my house since Christmas. I am now battling it out with my beautiful two year old. He is going to be one grumpy old man if he keeps on this track. I know it's no fun to be sick. Especially when your two and don't quite understand what is going on with your body. Oh.........the looks, the looks that really will kill me if he does not stop. He's two! What, where and how! I am in some serious trouble if I'm already getting the dirty looks. What's he gonna do to me when he's 15? One good thing that keeps me going is the success that is "Connor". We went from growling and grunting to this sweet little boy. So for now my little Cameron.......mommy will cut you some slack because you are sick. I'm laying down the law next week.........you watch!

A clean start!

My year in review:
As I sat to ponder 2009, I sat looking like there was no light on. That's because there was no MAJOR event in 2009. There was no baby born. (can I get a pat on the back please). Not that having a 4th baby would be the end of the world...it's just not on the to do list. A little girl sounds like something I might want to have. But.......I want my sanity more.
We didn't go on any vacations. Unless you count the time we packed up the family for an Ocean shores getaway.......and made it Alki beach because we realized 3 hours one way was better than 5.
Tony and I did manage to have some solo getaways and those were very fun and memorable.
We have had only MINOR health scares with Cameron and only one ER visit and 3 stitches.
We spent an entire year in a house that actually felt like "home". That meant a lot to me.
Nintendo DS became my best friend and my worst enemy.
We rescued 2 pups from the park and found a good home for them.
I found a really good scone recipe that became my best friend and my worst enemy.
I found out what I was missing all these years, when Cameron finally started sleeping in.
I found out that my Wii fit age was 52.
I met complete strangers out shopping that were kind and complimentary. One yelled Excuse me across the parking lot just to tell me my coat was beautiful. One offered to help me to my car when I could hardly carry the giant sized birthday cake. There are some really kind people out there!
So you can see (my 3 loyal readers) nothing major in 2009. No resolutions from me for 2010. Just gonna try to have some fun and see some more of the world.

A little break dancin, gabba's and music!

Christmas eve we did a little break dancin, Christmas morning we opened a TON of presents, Christmas day we surrounded ourselves in our loot! Good times and great memories. Now, I'm gonna go wrap up in my new "pink" snuggie and catch some flicks. Enjoy playing with all your new toys!!!!

I think my baby is amazing!

I can say that because he's mine. I have done everything for him. I lost so much sleep feeding him as a newborn that it hurt. I worried beyond worry when we didn't know what was wrong with him. Cameron and all my sons have my heart. When they start to hate me for parenting them, I will still love them. When they drive a car through the garage, spill bleach on the carpet or cut their brothers hair I will still love them. I don't have a daughter and I am sure I will miss out on a shopping, fashion and decorating buddy. I just hope they will still want to be with mommy when they are men. For now, I better cherish all this love, fun and craziness while I still have it all under one roof! My Connor will squeeze me so tight while saying "MY MOMMY". When the other boys see this they get in on the action. Christmas is just around the corner (4 days away) and I hope all my friends and family have a blessed and loving Christmas.

Another Ben 10 party!

Collin celebrated his 6th birthday with his Yakima friends and family. Before we left the house I captured some 6 year old portraits. How handsome you are little Collin. All he could say all morning was "is it 2:00 yet"?

Batman showed up again this year! Man do the kids love Batman!Aunt Christens bookstore has the Three little piggy houses, so the kids chased each other as wolves and pigs. Whoever was the wolf had to tag the pig and then passed the wolf (mask) over to the other person and so on and so on. Collin wsa taking a little break.Here is Collin blowing out the candles on the cake.

My little man is 6 this week! I am so proud of my Collin, he is so much fun to be around and a very kind little boy. I am so lucky that I am your mommy!

I have been busy!

It's that busy time of year again. Busy thinking about the Holidays and Collin's 6th Birthday. On top of all the usual holiday stuff I am busy with my business. I am very happy to do what I love, even if it's part-time. I have not felt much like posting lately, but also most the images of the boys I won't share until my Christmas card. So, not much to post. I did capture these ones today of Cameron. I know most of you don't care for high contrast b&w's but they are my favorite. I hope you all have a wonderful Turkey day if I don't post before then. The boys rocked it old school this year. They went door to door. They were adorable and excited and WET.

It's good!

To those who follow the health of my little Camerooonsky. The full blood work up that was done for those questionable lymph nodes, came back ok. Also, the AFP and ultrasound this round was all good as well. The last Dr. visit my budding director (Collin) took my phone out and recorded some of the Dr. checking out Cameron. Now, Cameron roams my videos and watches his encounter with the Dr. He knows now, who he is and what will happen to him. With his most serious voice he looks up at me and says, "that's the Dr." as if he's this monster. We are well known in the ultrasound office and luckily we have the same lady every time. I am very pleasaed with my little guy. He is doing great!

FAIL photo session..but still worth all the trouble

It is more work photographing my own kids, because they just don't take me seriously sometimes. Welcome to a day in my life. This is my "FAIL" photo session. Here are the reasons these would not be sell able.

#1. Cammy is watching yo gabba

#2. It looks like Collin and Coo have 2 heads on 1 body.

The upside: They are genuinely smiling!

#1. If it looks like they are in pain, it's most likely not a sold image.

The upside: Collin looks happy!

Ok, this is the winner of the bunch. I don't have eye contact from 2 of the 3, but I still like it.

This one.....chokes me up.

Do you ever feel sad and lonely? That's the feeling this photo gives off. Since it does not give that warm fuzzy (my family loves me) feeling. We will leave this one out of the scrapbooks! The real truth is that if Cooie can't call the shots he just won't do it. This was a protest and battle of wills. I don't mean to pigeon hole any of my children, but he's making it awfully hard to "not" call him a "middle child". I could just eat Cammy up in this one!

This happened because by this time, we were no longer 3. There is a window of opportunity when photographing multiple children and that window closed pretty fast.

But, I am pretty quick and can always get a solo shot!


Hope you all enjoyed my glimpse into a photo session with the Davis boys. As disastrous as this was, it is the reality of a photo session and also my daily life with 3 sons. Lots of protests and choking! How will I ever survive?
