Growing fast!
The kids are growing FAST! Wish I could slow it down a bit. I am aware how precious these moments are. We have one shot with our kids. I am thinking about summer as a working mom now! That's pretty new this past year. It has it's benefits, but I miss our adventures. So......this summer will be very action packed. I have not been taking pictures.........that kills me! Hoping this summer the motivation will find me. Started a diet, a combo of Ideal Protein, Advocare and my own twist. I will be surprised if I do this. Never been much of a diet person. Love to exercise, and can't wait for warm weather. Wish me luck!!!!

Banana's on the wall
Today was an action packed day. We started out at White pass for the winter carnival. It was COLD! Pics are blurry from camera shake.......brrrrrrrr! They loved the ice slides. Being on the mountain really made me want to get back into boarding. I think I will plan that for next year and get Collin and myself all geared up.
I guess I'm getting old, because I crashed on the couch when we got home. The boys never let me have "lazy" time. When mommy is out of commission the house takes a hit. This is where the bananas come into play. I guess eating it was not half as fun as squishing it and throwing it on my wall. Let's just say I finally calmed myself down. For this one, I opted to put myself in a time-out. That's what I get for thinking I could sit down and relax on a Saturday!
I hope your weekend is a little more relaxing!
xoxo

Took school off today to play!
I enjoyed getting my photography stuff out...it's been months since I did something with the kids with the backdrops. I posted a b&w to my www.apey365.blogspot.com but here are a couple color shots. He could not wait to take the suspenders off. His payment for modeling was chocolate of course. What a little poser. :)

Outtake
Things are normal around here. Busy, but normal. Connor was being difficult one morning and didn't want to get dressed for school. I hopped in the shower as Tony said he would take care of it. A couple minutes later Tony comes in and says good-bye, I took care of Connor and he's getting dressed. I asked "what did you do"? Tony replies, "I talked to him". A couple minutes later Connor comes into the bathroom all dressed and says, "mom, wanna see how dad got me to get dressed? (as he pulls out a $5 bill out of his t-shirt pocket"). Wow!!! I am pretty sure this guy has our number. It should be interesting to see how we survive raising these 3 boys. It gets harder the older they get, in my opinion. They just get smarter as we get older...not fair!

My oldest is 7 today!
My oldest boy is 7 today. I am so very proud of him. You would expect me to say that on his Birthday especially! He REALLY is a sweety! A genuine kid who just likes to have fun. I love my buddy so much.
We celebrated last Saturday at our house with some friends and family. Spider man showed up is his mustang. All the kids ran to see him and said it was a costume. The Yakima Spidy drives with his mask off. They all laughed at all his tricks, including the adults. There were some hecklers in the crowd, Cooie and his friends. They wold not join in but had no problem telling spidy he was a "fake". That's my middle child.....keep in it real.
Happy Birthday to the most wonderful 7 year old in my world.....he's the light of my life along with his brothers of course.

Old Maid
We spent our Turkey day playing Old Maid! It's funny how it made us all laugh and just enjoy the moment. The best Thanksgiving I have had in a long time.

Sneaky
I was a sneaky little girl. If in charge of making the lunches for my little bro and I, I happily did it. Not because I was being kind to my mom, but because I ate my little brothers cookies. Once busted, I denied any involvement in such an act.
I decided one morning, it would be a good idea to squirt toothpaste on my grandparents bathroom mirror. When confronted, I again denied it. It baffled my grandparents. Even a week later at dinner my grandfather decided $1 might entice the delinquent. My brother decided $1 was pretty good payoff for admitting to something he did not do. Still, no peep out of me.
I promise, today I have grown out of this. God, has decided to grant me with 3 little sneaky boys. I know that pay backs are a "you know what" but man on man.....why "3" sneaky little boys. They are really giving me a run for my money.
So, here is my sincere apology for all my sneakiness...I AM SOOOOOOO SORRRRRYYYY!

That busy time of year again!
It's fall and with that comes family photos and holiday portraits, this all keeps me busy. I love every minute of it, and love the people I have been meeting. I love it all! The candy corn, pumpkins, and crisp clean air.

We love historic FRONT STREET in Yakima, WA
Here he is! My little poser! The one that pretends to "hate" having his picture taken. My 5 year old. The train track next to Front street in Yakima, WA. Tons of cute shops and yummy food. They have done a nice job with the revitalisation of this historic area. It's a great photo opp. as well! I don't mind the graffiti for the pics but it would be nice if Yakima could wipe out the graffiti.
